Cancellation Policy:
 

Upon completing a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the selected product and/or service. Subsequent cancellation of the Transaction by the User is permissible only if explicitly provided for on our Platform.

 

In such cases, the cancellation will be governed by the specific terms outlined on the Platform. Please be aware that the approval of any cancellation request remains at our discretion, and we may request additional details to facilitate the process.
 

Refund and Return Policy:
 

Once you have received your purchased product and/or service, a request for replacement, return, or a refund can only be considered if the received item does not match its description as presented on our Platform.

 

Any request for a refund must be initiated within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction or within the number of days specifically prescribed on the Platform, ensuring this period is no less than three (3) days.

To submit a refund claim for a purchase made via Razorpay, kindly raise a ticket here or contact us at Namste@livesanskrit.com. Please provide a clear and specific reason for your refund request, detailing the exact discrepancies and including any supporting evidence, if required.

 

The decision regarding the provision of a refund will be made by us. If a refund is approved, we will process it through the Razorpay platform, and the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account will be subject to Razorpay's policies and procedures. We may also request additional information before approving any refund request.
